No, but we encourage appointments to guarantee service when you need it most. We do accommodate walk-ins but sometimes our location gets very busy. We can book your appointment 1 year in advance or as little as an hour before treatment at the Grandview spa. We also offer concierge service.

Hydrate Me staff can help tailor therapies to better suit your needs. However, our in-house physician recommends elective IV Therapy no more than once a week. Except for our pre- and post-therapies which can be administered before and after an event the same week.
We are not a substitute for medical attention. If you require hydration or boosters the difference between Hydrate Me and the Emergency Room is the cost and comfort. The average ER cost is high and wait time is long. Hydrate Me IV Therapies range from $99-$179 and only take approximately 30 to 40 minutes in our state of the art IV hydration health and wellness spa. Can't make it into our Grandview location? We offer concierge services for an additional $75 service fee.
Yes, the minimum age is 16, anyone under 18 will need parental consent.
The Hydrate Me IV spa and concierge staff are made up of highly trained physicians, nurse practitioners, ER physician assistants, ER registered nurses and paramedics to administer our services. Our professionals take the utmost care to ensure that your service exceeds expectations and is safe as possible.
We’ll come to you, doesn’t matter if you need service for yourself or a group our flat rate concierge fee is $75 within the Columbus area. Outside of the Columbus area prices may vary depending on location, please call for pricing. We offer concierge service for all of central Ohio. You can book your concierge appointment a year in advance or 3 hours before. Everyone receiving our services will need to fill out our medical form in advance.

Returns are on a case-by-case basis, we stand behind our goods and services with the goal of making our customers happy. We’ll do our best to take care of our customers, but from time to time we might not be able to accommodate a return. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided as a Hydrate Me Gift Card.
The Hydrate Me Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit.
